Born and raised in Chicago, Shondell Dwayne Coleman, better known as King Shondell, is an R&B/Pop singer whose passion for music began at just 14 years old. From an early age, he discovered his gift for performing and quickly developed a sound rooted in emotion, rhythm, and authenticity.
Influenced by legendary acts such as New Edition, Ready for the World, Guy, Luther Vandross, Force MDs, and LL Cool J, King Shondell blends classic soul with modern R&B and pop elements, creating a timeless yet fresh sound. His music reflects real-life experiences, love, faith, and personal growth.
